Hand-offs that work with your building
Every building is different. Tell us your gate code or call box number, whether the front desk or concierge will accept bags, and whether you'd prefer a text when we arrive. If your building has a package room or leasing office that holds items for residents, that can work too. We'll note your setup so repeat pickups go smoothly.
Save your closet space
Apartment closets rarely have room for drying racks or piles of unfolded laundry. When it comes back folded and bagged, it goes straight onto shelves. Sheets, towels and bulky bedding can be included; ask for pricing on comforters and blankets.

We regularly pick up from apartments in Uptown, Downtown, Oak Lawn, Deep Ellum, North and Far North Dallas, Lake Highlands, Irving, Richardson and the suburbs east of the city. If you'd rather drop off at our store at 2650 Hickory Tree Rd in Balch Springs, wash and fold is $1.50 per pound with a 20 lb minimum. Bulky items like comforters and blankets are priced separately; ask for pricing.
